Product Shot 1The B&W XTC is a 2-way centre channel loudspeaker from B&W's XT Series that is capable of handling up to 150 watts of power.  The speaker features dual 5" woven Kevlar cone driver that handle the bass and midrange frequencies.

  It also has a 1" free mounted Nautilus tube loaded aluminum dome tweeter that is positioned between the two bass/midrange drivers to provide a frequency response of 55Hz to 22kHz.    Like the other models in the XT series, the XTC is designed from a single piece of extruded aluminum which creates a rigid structure to reduce sound distortion.  It utilizes B&W's Flowport technology to minimize turbulence and comes with an adjustable wave bracket.   The speaker is available in a brushed aluminum or gloss black finish and retails for approximately $850 each.
