The CMX-45C features the same technology as the rest of the CMX line, including VegaBass technology for low end tones, and all-new drivers for high-end tones.
The CMX-45C features quad 5" subwoofers and a single 1" tweeter. Comparatively, the CLS-6C features two 6.5" subwoofers, and the CMX-25C features two 5" subwoofers and the same 1" tweeter. The CMX-45s then provide Cerwin Vega's loudest bass and best dynamic reponse, and are designed for the high-end home theatre system. The CMX-45Cs include the same technology as the rest of the CMX line, inluding an integrated amlplifier and an all new driver. Both the CMX-25C and the CLS-6C have a power handling of 125 watts, compared to 200 watts for the CMX-45C. The CMX-25C also has a lower bound frequency response of 55Hz, compared to 50Hz in the CLS-6C and 40Hz in the CMX-45C.
