The Definitive Technology Mythos Gem is an ultra-small stereo bookshelf speaker designed to complement a high-definition flat screen television. It utilizes a hand-polished, aircraft grade aluminum enclosure and is voice-matched with other Mythos Series speakers, meaning it would function well as a surround speaker in a system composed of larger Mythos main speakers.

Featured on the Mythos Gem is a single Pure Aluminum dome tweeter and two high-definition 3-1/2” mid-bass drivers angled in opposite directions to broaden the midrange dispersion. Also included is an easy-to-use keyhole slot bracket and screw for mounting the speaker to a shelf or wall, although an optional GemStand is recommended.
