Denon SC-CX101

The Denon SC-CX101 is a compact audiophile 2-way loudspeaker that gives a large and expansive sounstage and wide frequency range despite its small size. Their frequency response extends up to 40 kHz for maximum fidelity with high resolution sound sources, such as SACD (Super Audio CD).

Each speaker only stands 10" high and has a 12 cm cone bass-mid and a 2.5 cm soft dome high range.  The woofer has Denon's exclusive D.D.L dual layer technology to minimize diaphragm break-up and the sophisticated motor structure gives maximum efficiency and low distortion. The tweeter has a unique contoured housing that prevents edge-diffraction artifacts while the aluminum die-cast unit framd construction ensures vibration-free performance. They feature audiophile grade speaker terminals that accept heavy guage cables and premium cable connectors and feature an extensive crossover network using high quality parts.  The cabinetry is finished in a natural wood veneer, even on the inside for maximum resonance and the panel’s ducted port is specially designed to minimize extraneous port noise.
