Energy RC-10
$500.00
Released July, 2008
The Pros:Bass is tight - although not the best aspect of the speaker. Good frequency response - strong bass down to or below 50Hz. Smooth treble.
The Cons:Rear-vented, requires at least 2 feet of space from the wall to sound their best. If you have a big room get the RC floorstanders. Poor black ash enclosure - real wood veneers are/were available.
The Energy RC-10 is a compact bookshelf speaker that fits in the middle of those offered by Energy. Although this speaker stands only 13" tall, it is capable of delivering an incredibly big, accurate sound for movies, music or your favorite video game.
