The Cons:Require dedicated stands - sold separately. High price. Woofer is nevertheless small, requires a quality sub for full immersion into movies or music.
The Energy V2.2i are bookshelf speakers that fall near the top of those offered by Energy and are a part of the Veritas line of speakers. These speakers are a bit larger than other bookhelf speakers offered by Energy standing over 18" high, but are designed for higher quality audio rather than versatility and compact size.

The can handle up to 150 watts of power which drives a 1" aluminum dome tweeter, 2" aluminum dome midrange and 6-1/2" dual hyperdrives woofer to give clear, crisp, detailed highs and deep bass making them an excellent choice for music, movies or your favorite video game. Alhtough these are an ideal choice for a 2-channel stereo system, they can also be used as front or rear channels in a surround sound system. The Energy V2.2i come in a black high gloss finish and come with rubber bumpers for shelf mounting, with dedicated V2.0i stands sold seperately.
