Energy Veritas V-S

The Energy Veritas V-S is a surround sound speaker that can handle up to a hundred and twenty-five watts of amplifier power. This model is a step up from Energy's other surround sound offering, the CF-10, in a couple ways.

First, it is equipped with a one inch tweeter, which is larger than the CF-10's. This tweeter is equipped with a neodymium motor, and offers a distortion-free reproduction of high frequencies. The Veritas V-S also has a pair of two inch midrange drivers that the CF-10 lacks, which are chambered. At 5.25 inches, the Veritas V-S' woofer is larger than the CF-10's. The drivers of the Veritas V-S are separated into different chambers to widen sound dispersion, in a design that Energy calls Convergent Source Module technology.
