JBL Control 2.4G

The JBL Control 2.4G is a 2-channel wireless speaker system that uses 2.4GHz wireless technology to transmit to computers, iPods, and other portable music players. Featured is a wireless transmitter that plugs into the music device, and two speakers that can be placed anywhere EXCEPT outdoors, as they are not weather-resistant.

Each speaker houses a 4” poly-laminate woofer and a single ½” titanium-laminate tweeter that together handle 15W per channel across a 50Hz-20kHz frequency range. In general, the JBL Control 2.4G is primarily meant to serve as rear-channel surround sound speakers for a larger and more sophisticated at-home theater configuration.
