These are high-impedance 8 Ohm speakers, and magnetic shielding is also used to prevent interference. The differences begin with the basic size of the unit, now with a larger surrounding 6.5 inch driver for mid and bass reflex capable of reaching further down into the bass range for better clarity. This increase in size also means more power, with up to 120 watts supported. While it also means a larger design profile, the overall case design remains of an average size.
