Klipsch KL-650-THX

The Klipsch KL-650-THX is a high-end LCR bookshelf speaker, released in 2004. This product is part of the Klipsch THX Ultra2 Home Theater Series, which also includes a back/side surround, LCR and subwoofer model.

Compared to the Klipsch KL-525-THX, this speaker has a broader frequency response, increased power output and larger dual woofers. The bass reflex enclosure type is also a step-up with this model, as the KL-525-THX features a sealed enclosure instead. The 1-inch titanium dome driver in the KL-650-THX is positioned in a Tractrix horn, which increases coverage in low and high frequency ranges. Two 6.5-inch Cerametallic woofers are integrated into the right-hand side of the speaker. The Klipsch KL-650-THX comes in a Galaxy Black cabinet with matching black anodized aluminum accents.
