Paradigm DSP-3400

The Paradigm DSP-3400 is the third subwoofer in the DSP Series and an immediate step up from the DSP-3200. It hosts larger 14” Carbon/Aramid-Fiber Polypropylene cones, which allows for an improved frequency extension down to 19Hz, which in turn allows for a tighter and clearer bass response.

Like its predecessor, it relies on an integrated Class D Amplifier to provide a 900W maximum power output. Note that the unit is almost 65 pounds and therefore can be difficult to carry. Some problems include no on-board provisions for connecting a second woofer, no wireless remote capability, and no way to save separate settings for Music/Movie use.
