Pioneer SP-BS21-LR

The SP-BS21-LR is a two-way bookshelf speaker set from Pioneer that is a part of the company's Home Theater Speakers product line. Designed in conjunction with acclaimed audio engineer Andrew Jones, this model has a power handling of 80 watts and features a sleek Matte Black wood grain finish for integration within a variety of room types.

A six-component crossover wiring design is included to ensure a proper mix of low, middle and high frequencies, which are simultaneously projected through a 4-inch subwoofer and a 1-inch soft dome tweeter unit. The SP-BS21-LR also features a curved cabinet design that aims to reduce the likelihood of standing waves within a giving room, outputting each signal at a different angle to prevent interference that can lead to a loss of clarity. In addition, a set of oversized bass magnets have been included to supplement sub-level frequencies to provide enhanced playback for bass-heavy music and home theater applications.
