RCA RCR660

$25.00 Released April, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Backlit keypad is helpful for low-light viewing - removes guesswork inherent to many standard remotes. Once verified, device control is seamless and intuitive - macro prompts are especially helpful. Power Saver function helps to conserve battery life - deactivates backlighting after 60 seconds of inactivity.

The Cons:Initial setup can be confusing/frustrating - certain unit codes will not work right away, and require contacting RCA directly. Unit tends to lose or "forget" customized programs without warning - very annoying.

The RCA RCR660 is a 6-device universal remote control that is an upgrade to RCA's 4-device RCR460.  The remote is compatible with TV, VCR, DVD, DVR, audio, and cable/satellite devices and includes dedicated navigation keys for use with DVD and DVR devices.
