The Pros:Easy to program, instructions are very clear. Comfortable to use with one hand, nice layout. Auto-setup learns commands on the fly, great when you aren't sure which codes to use.
The Cons:Sleep timer function works inconsistently, need to make sure the remote is positioned right before you doze off.
The Universal Remote Control R6 is a programmable universal remote, capable of controlling up to 6 different devices. The R6 features a MacroPower function, which can turn all 6 devices on or off in a single button-push.

The keys are also backlit for operation in the dark, and Universal Remote Control’s SimpleSound feature allows users to manage the overall volume of their entire setup with a single volume control. The R6 also allows the user to store 4 favourite TV channels, uses two AA batteries, and has a low-battery indicator. Released July 2004, the Universal Remote Control R6 retails at $30.
